Frequently Asked Questions

West Coast Shutters offer a large variety of products including blinds, shutters, security gates, burglar bars, flooring and window tinting/frosting in the West Coast. We cover many areas including Velddrif, Vredenburg, Langebaan, St Helena Bay, Dwarskersbos, Aurora and Piketberg.

We place your order as soon as we have received the applicable deposit amount. We accept only cash and EFT payments. Our friendly staff will keep you up to date with the product's ETA and will notify you when installation is possible. Final payments are payable upon completion of a job. You will receive a final invoice.

Quotations remain valid for 30 days. West Coast Shutters does, however, reserve the right to retract a quotation in the case of a sudden price increase from our suppliers. 

We usually send out quoations on the same day that we receive a request. The maximum waiting time is one working day, unless otherwise specified.

Yes. All our quoations include installation unless arranged otherwise.

You may take your own rough measurements to ensure a speedy quoation. We will, however have to take final measurements before placing an order to avoid dissapointment.
